Ballet is a disciplined dance technique which forms the basic core strength and training for all styles of dance. During class, students study the ISTD syllabus exploring the artistry, fluidity and musicality of ballet alongside the importance of gaining strong technique. Studying ballet makes a dancer look clean and professional, in whichever style of dance they are performing.
